How The Session Works

Before our call, please prepare the specific Kajabi questions or areas you’d like help with so we can use our time together efficiently.

STEP THREE

During the session, we’ll meet on Zoom and walk through your Kajabi setup together. You can share your screen and ask questions as we work through the issue live.

If access to your Kajabi account is needed during troubleshooting, I can send a request through Kajabi using the email connected to your account. Kajabi will send the request directly through the platform where you can approve or deny access.

  • Yes. Kajabi manages all user access within the platform. You remain fully in control of permissions and can remove access at any time from your Kajabi settings.

  • Not always. Some sessions work well simply walking through things together on screen share. However, granting access ahead of time can allow me to review your setup and troubleshoot more efficiently during our session.

  • If access is needed, Kajabi sends you an official invitation directly through the platform. You can approve the request and choose the level of permissions you’d like to grant. You remain fully in control and can remove access at any time.

  • No. These sessions are designed for live troubleshooting and guidance during our scheduled time together. If you’re looking for a deeper review or strategic audit of your Kajabi setup, we can discuss additional service options during our call.
