If you have been bopping around Kajabi for a bit you might of noticed how time saving their Automated Email Templates are. As amazing as they are they do tend to strike a nerve if you are committed to keeping your content on brand.

Previously ( and before you make this update today, which I know you will) All the automated emails had Kajabi blue buttons that you could not be updated to match your brand colors. Well now, you can rest assured that Kajabi doesn't have to worry about us sharing their vibrant blue buttons any longer. With their new feature update we can continue owning our brand presence, even in the time saving automated emails they provide.

So are you ready to learn how to say goodbye to that Kajabi blue?

*If you don't know what I'm referring to then stick with me, because if you are a Kajabi user one way or another these email have and do go out to your audience... especially if you never turned them off.

Adding Your Brand to Your Automated Emails In 3 Simple Steps

First, login to your Kajabi account and head over to bottom left hand corner and click Settings.

Then, go to Email templates and click the new *wink wink* tab Branding.

Adding Your Logo/Image

Here you can upload your logo to be at the header of your emails. You can also choose to add an icon or image just keep in mind that you will want to follow to size guidelines to make sure it fits appropriately.

If you prefer to not have your logo in the header of your emails then don't upload an image here.

Updating the Button Color

Next you can update your button font color and background color. All the automated emails at this time are on a white background so keep that in mind when you choose the color combination of your button.

and that's it! You now have branded your time-saving automated emails. Make sure to hit SAVE when your done.

Send a Test Email

You can preview your design by clicking back over to the Template tab and click on one of the automated email templates. Click “Send Test Email” and send yourself a copy of the template to see how everything looks!
