Want to know how to download a community hosted by Kajabi to your mobile phone? You are in the right place! Whether you just joined a community from your favorite course creator or you are a Kajabi user learning the ends and outs of the platform this quick guide will help you every step of the way.

How to Access the Community

You can access the Community via your mobile app, IOS and Android. You have two options when downloading the app. Choose the one that works best for you.

Here are the two ways to quickly and easily download the Kajabi Community to your mobile from:

Option 1| Download From Your Mobile App:

To download the app directly from your App Store, head over to your App Store and search " Kajabi Community"
Download the App to your device and enter the name and email address you used when you signed up for the community.

Option 2| Download From Inside Kajabi Community:

Open the community on the web browser on your phone and look for a banner at the top of the page that redirects you to the App Store.

Download the App to your device. Once it's downloaded sign in by entering the same email address you used when you signed up for the community.

Important Tips:

Make sure to use the same email address you used when you signed up for the community to ensure you gain access to the community.

If you are the community Host, make sure to use the same email you use for your Kajabi community.

Want an Alternative Option?

If you prefer not to download the mobile app you can add the browser to your mobile screen. Here's how:

For iPhone:

Open the Safari browser and go to your community.
Tab the share menu, and select Add to Home Screen.

For Android:

Open your Chrome browser and tap on the three dots in the top right corner
Tap on Add to Homescreen
