Streamline Your Business: How to Create a Zap to Integrate Kajabi and Flodesk

β€œBy integrating Kajabi and Flodesk using Zapier, you can automate your marketing processes, save time, and provide a seamless experience for your customers.”

As an entrepreneur, finding ways to automate and streamline your business processes is key to saving time and increasing efficiency. One powerful combination that can supercharge your marketing efforts is integrating Kajabi and Flodesk. In this blog post, I'll walk you through the process of creating a Zap to seamlessly connect these two platforms. Keeping the look of your beautifully designed emails in Flodesk while marketing your powerful online course. Let’s get started!

Step 1: Setting up Your Kajabi and Flodesk Accounts

Before we get started, make sure you have active accounts with both Kajabi and Flodesk. These platforms are an excellent choice for managing your online courses and email marketing campaigns, respectively. If you haven’t already you can sign up with a 30-day free trial with Kajabi here, and get 50% off Flodesk when you sign up by clicking here.

Step 2: Introducing Zapier

To connect Kajabi and Flodesk, we'll be using Zapier, a powerful automation tool that allows you to create workflows between different applications. Zapier acts as a bridge, enabling data to flow seamlessly from one platform to another. Head over to Zapier and create a free account if you don't have one already.

Step 3: Creating Your Zap

Now it's time to create your Zapβ€”a workflow that connects Kajabi and Flodesk. Follow these steps:

  1. Choose the trigger: In this case, we'll set the trigger as a new purchase in Kajabi. This means that whenever someone purchases one of your courses or products in Kajabi, it will initiate the workflow.

  2. Connect your Kajabi account: Follow the prompts to connect your Kajabi account to Zapier. Make sure you grant the necessary permissions for Zapier to access your Kajabi data.

  3. Test the trigger: Zapier will test the trigger by pulling in sample data from your Kajabi account. Verify that the test is successful before proceeding.

  4. Choose the action: Select Flodesk as the action app. Here, you'll be able to specify what action you want to take in Flodesk when a new purchase occurs in Kajabi. For example, you can add the customer to a specific email sequence or update their tags.

  5. Connect your Flodesk account: Similar to the previous step, you'll need to connect your Flodesk account to Zapier and grant the necessary permissions.

  6. Set up the action: Configure the action by selecting the email list or sequence you want to add the customer to in Flodesk. Customize the fields as needed to ensure the data is mapped correctly.

  7. Test the action: Zapier will test the action by sending a test request to Flodesk. Verify that the test is successful and the customer is added to the desired list or sequence.

By integrating Kajabi and Flodesk using Zapier, you can automate your marketing processes, save time, and provide a seamless experience for your customers.
